# Does Amundson Group Reach Out to Passive Construction Candidates Who Aren’t Actively Job Hunting?

Yes. The majority of Amundson Group's outreach is proactive and targets passive candidates, construction professionals who are currently employed and not actively searching. Recruiters identify candidates based on their background and reach out via phone to gauge interest in new opportunities. This approach helps clients access talent that isn't visible on job boards, which is especially valuable in a tight construction labor market.
