# Can I Bring My Crew or Foreman with Me If I Take a New Superintendent or Project Manager Role?

Possibly, but most contractors require each person to go through their own application and interview process, even if they are open to hiring crews. A hiring manager may express interest in your crew members, but will not automatically bring them on. Each candidate needs to stand on their own merits. Your recruiter can help set expectations on both sides early so the crew question does not create a sticking point in your offer.
