# Melandi Roux

As a Senior Headhunter at Amundson Group, I lead our coverage of all construction roles across North and South Carolina alongside Drew Rocha. From superintendents and project managers to estimators and foremen, I spend my days on the phone and in the field, building long relationships with the people who actually build heavy civil, site development, paving, and infrastructure projects in the Carolinas. The best placements I make are the ones where I’ve known the candidate for years before the right opportunity came along — because that’s how you get the match right. What I care about is being the headhunter whose calls construction professionals actually want to pick up.
