# Chelsea Meintjes

As a Headhunter at Amundson Group, I work alongside Amanda Lintvelt on our estimator practice, covering the Sun Belt with a deep focus on senior estimators, estimator managers, and chief estimators. Every contractor we serve has a different preconstruction culture — some lead with quantities, some lead with relationships, and the best hires fit both the work and the team. I spend my time getting that fit right. What I care about is being the headhunter my clients and my candidates trust to be honest about whether a match makes sense, even when it doesn’t.
