Founder & Executive Chairman

# Alex Mowbray

As the founder and Executive Chairman of Amundson Group, I leverage my engineering background and veteran-owned credentials to provide a unique and tailored recruitment service for the construction and infrastructure sectors. With over eight years of experience in the industry, I have built a reputation for **honesty, loyalty, and results, delivering searches from C-suite to operational levels** for some of the most challenging and complex projects in the world.

My mission is to offer a project lifecycle support model, direct hire searches, and contract appointments to the leading and emerging organizations in the market, who value true-in-market professionals with a track record of executing projects and understanding the intricacies of such projects. **I also pride myself on hiring, leading, and managing exceptionally talented people**, and developing individuals with no experience into global top sales performers.
